Course Description

This webinar empowers professionals to act decisively and knowledgeably in the face of suspected fraud. Participants will learn to identify common indicators of fraud, understand initial response strategies, and navigate the legal and ethical considerations of investigating suspected fraud. Additionally, they will be equipped with the necessary skills to plan and conduct an effective fraud investigation.

  • Identify common indicators of fraud, and gain an understanding of how and why fraud occurs

  • List immediate steps to take upon suspicion of fraud, including securing evidence and maintaining confidentiality

  • Recognize legal and ethical implications of investigating fraud, respecting privacy laws, and ensuring a fair investigation process

  • Plan and execute a thorough and effective fraud investigation, including interviewing techniques, evidence analysis, and documentation
