Anthony Liburd is currently the Insolvency Acting Territory Manager for Territory 6 Great Plains. Territory 6 includes the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. Anthony has been with the IRS for 18 years and has worked in Insolvency since 2013.
